CASE STUDIES

When Sam started training with me, her goal was simply to complete the London Marathon, finishing happy and injury-free. It was incredible to see her not only achieve this but also exceed expectations by chasing a strong finish time.

Building on that success, we set new challenges, including Hyrox and road racing. Sam has since completed three Hyrox events—one simulation at Forder’s Gym and the Dublin and London singles categories—improving her time from 1:26 in Dublin to 1:23 in London in just a few weeks. Alongside Hyrox, Sam has tackled half marathons, 10ks, and trains hard in martial arts, with even more potential to unlock.

Selvin came to me as a road runner struggling with persistent foot issues that physio and rest couldn’t resolve. Our first priority was to get him running pain-free, which we achieved within weeks.

At 53 and always up for a challenge, Selvin set his sights on completing a Hyrox. Starting in March, he smashed his first open singles event by November, finishing in 1:21. With more competitions ahead, I’m confident he’ll continue to make huge progress.
