Tammy, an experienced athlete, came to me aiming to take her 100m and 200m performances to the next level. Over the past two years, through focused track and gym sessions, she’s improved from 13.1 to 12.04 in the 100m and from 25.68 to 24.67 in the 200m. With her determination, breaking into the 11s and 23s is well within reach.
Karnell came to me with a diverse sports background, including heptathlon, swimming, and volleyball. His goal, alongside his dad Marlon, was to enhance his overall athleticism, focusing on improving his 50m and 100m breaststroke times.
