I’m Jack Lawrence, also known as the ‘Body Programmer’. Welcome to my website and here’s just a little bit about me. Whether you are an elite athlete looking for that edge, or a regular gym user who wants to transform the way you workout, I have the right programme for you.

ABOUT ME

I currently work as a Strength and Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer, after completing my MSc in Strength and Conditioning back in 2020. Coaching has been a big part of my life for a number of years, and has evolved into a full-time vocation for me, in conjunction with my own training.
I bring a unique perspective into the coaching world, being part of the elite athletics community within sprinting and being one of the top-ranked sprinters in the UK and Europe. Experiencing sport to a high level and having worked my way through the ranks has developed a deep understanding of athlete needs and requirements to compete at the top level.
Understanding the complicated nature of an athlete, from training principles to nutrition requirements, helps me support my personal training clients and ultimately achieve their transformational goals.

MY APPROACH

The direction of all my training programmes is truly to help everyone achieve what they need/want to achieve. Many goals may seem outlandish to some, but I don’t suppress goals, only remain logical and plan towards the ‘destination’.
Following the latest science and training methods, I continue to expand my knowledge, finding the most effective ways to push my athlete’s and client’s performance forwards.

MY ATHLETES

I’ve been fortunate to work with many elite sportspeople, as well as many fantastic personal training clients. I have worked with athletes from multiple sports and disciplines, including football, swimming, athletics, rugby, and more.
Several athletes I have worked with have reached international and national squads, while personal training clients have achieved half marathons, huge weight loss, and transformational lifestyle changes.
